ZULPC 2008 Condominium Conversion Lottery Application Services

ZULPC now provides the following legal services in connection with the condominium conversion lottery application process for a flat fee of $450:

(1) Provide a list of information required to prepare the 2008 San Francisco Condominium Conversion Lottery application;

(2) Review information and draft 2008 San Francisco Condominium Conversion Lottery application;

(3) Within ten (10) days of receipt of all of the information described in the list, prepare the application and deliver the completed package to the San Francisco Department of Public Works; and

(4) Respond to City requests for additional information.

In addition, if we prepare your condominium conversion lottery application, and your building wins the 2008 San Francisco Condominium Lottery, you shall be entitled to $50 off of the 2008 flat fee for condominium conversion services, assuming all owners of the property execute an engagement letter for our condominium conversion services.

ZULPC does not guarantee that any client  will win the 2008 San Francisco Condominium Lottery, and makes no claims that our services will in any way positively affect a client’s chance of being selected as a winner.
