2-4 UNIT BUILDINGS—FLAT FEE OF $2,800

5-6 UNIT BUILDINGS—FLAT FEE OF $4,725

OTHER CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION SERVICE OPTIONS:

CC&Rs: If you would like to handle the application process yourself, we would be happy to help you with just the legal documents. Our fee for this level of service starts at $1,000.00.

Lender’s Signature on Condo Plans: We offer our clients the option of hiring us to obtain lender signature(s) at our standard hourly rates.

Hourly:  Clients may choose to hire us on an hourly basis for standard condominium conversion services instead of electing to use the flat fee.  For condominium conversion services, attorney's hourly rate is $350.00 with a one hour minimum required. 

New Construction Condos & Commercial Condo Conversion Applications:
In addition, our office provides application services for new construction of condominiums and for commercial condominiums.

In addition to the above, you will have the expense of correcting the items that appear on the DPW
Inspection. Your lender may also charge a fee for signing the survey.
